Dues and Parking Decals
Annual dues and new parking decals. These can be paid *online or at the picnic/business meeting or mailed to Steve. Keys and Decals can be picked up from:

**Online payment of dues and parking decals will incur a $9 transaction fee.
Please Note that "delivery" in shopping cart is the transaction fee. No decals or keys will be mailed - you MUST pick those items up from Steve. Also no tax is charged on Dues or Parking Decals.
Annual dues are $200 - No discount for clean-up day
Dues are delinquent after June 30th and are subject to a $20 penalty if they are received after
August 1. New parking lot keys will be provided when dues are paid and the lock will change July 1.
If you keep your boat/trailer at home, but leave it in the lot during the day, it needs to have a sticker or a guest pass on it.
Fees:
Annual Dues $200
Boats/Trailers 1 - $50, 2 - $80, 3 - $110
1 Guest Pass - 1 - $25, 2 - $40

Parking Permit
Parking Lot Stickers - $50 for 1 trailer
$80 for 2 trailers, $110 for 3 trailers (maximum 3 per paid property) - Any item you have in the lot must have a parking permit sticker (and currently registered with any state requirements)
Guest Parking Permit
Parking Lot Guest Day Pass - $25 for 1 or $40 for 2 (maximum 2 per paid property). Guest day passes will need to be attached to the mirror of the car or attached to the trailer (if no car left). These are intended for your house guests and must be on a car or trailer with no sticker. There will be a fee for replacing a lost pass in order to cover our cost of the pass.
